Extraordinary Acupuncture, LLC, is a preferred provider with the following insurance companies: Cigna; VA/Health Net Federal Services; Dean; Humana; United Health Care; Aetna First Choice; Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield; and Quartz.
There may be a copay as indicated on your card for “specialist” care and reimbursement may be limited to certain services, i.e., acupuncture CPT Code 97810. There may also be a need for verification too depending on your diagnosis to insure coverage.
